I set some lofty goals for 2021 and I’ll track progress here and in monthly progress report posts.
My 2021 Goals
- Become a daily runner and run every single day in 2021: As of August 31, 2021, I’ve run every single day. 🟢
- Run more in 2021 than I have in any previous year (2,431.2km): As of August 31, 2021 I’ve run over 2,500km and pushing for 3,200km for the year now. ✅
- Reach and maintain Strava Fitness and Freshness score of >80: Reached 80 as of May 31, 2021 and 86 as of June 6. Maintained >80 through until June 20. ✅
- Run 50km in a single run, preferably on my 50th birthday: I ran 50km on May 2, 2021! ✅
- Revive, refresh and post regularly on my running blog: So far, so good. 🟢
